We are always looking for real men who are willing to give real-time toward helping us fulfill the organization’s mission. If you are interested in joining our organization and meet the following criteria, complete this application form to apply for membership.
Membership Criteria:
- At least 35 years old
- Positive role model
- Accomplished in chosen occupation/field
- Interested in contributing human and financial resources to support the organization’s programs
- Good character
Please complete this membership application as thoroughly as possible. This information will be used to evaluate a potential membership opportunity to the S.M.I.L.E FOUNDATION.
